4. Didn't see Delaware on the list of states, so I just wrote this to Gov. Carney

Gov. Carney,

I am requesting that Delaware join the 20+ states that are refusing to fully comply and turn over voter information beyond what is already publicly available. There is no reason they need to know every citizen's election attendance back to 2006, social security numbers, or other PNPI information. As this last election has demonstrated, they are not planning on investigating voter fraud (which is very rare), but have every intention of using this information to purge and manipulate voter rolls across the country. While the information doesn't include actual votes cast, it will show that a person voted in the Democratic or Republican primary. In a closed primary state such as DE, this is troubling. Votes are between the voters and the ballot box! We should all be concerned as to how our own government will use such information. Considering the news over the last few months, we should also be concerned how the Russian government could use such information.
