15. Remember Al Franklin reason Jeff sessions recused himself which led to Mueller investigan

Zeroed in on Russia and reported meetings,

and then asked the pivotal question, "with regard to your connections, don't you think it wise to recuse herself from an investigation." (I paraphrase, so I question my use of quotation marks).

I think that gives a major bunch of bonus points above everything else.

3 is perfect.
