(12,066 posts)22. That is the way I feel. I think his decline is accelerating. He has
little understanding of any issues. He cannot control his outbursts. He has to be handled every step of the way and always have family members nearby because he knows so little and fears so much. He cannot function and has to have babysitters to watch over him, and the signs are that this is only getting worse.
