Yes, they're both culpable and McConnell equally, if not more, guilty because he presides over the senate and Trump could have been gone long ago if all rethugs weren't cover his but. Not sure if Trump is just plain crazy or crazy like a fox. Either way he needs to go (along with Pence, McConnell, Ryan and a host of other Rs), the sooner the better.
