I was excoriated on DU for using this word (I mean really beat up like using it makes me anti-LGBT), but the hair is not HETERONORMATIVE, and his straight-guy loutishness was an intrinsic part of his appeal. It should have been ridiculed more deliberately, but no, Dems wanted to leave the hair alone like it was Barron Trump.

Old white people are pretty damned judgmental when it comes to male vanity or "unusual" hairstyles, but they looked right past the fact that their candidate was a vain clown who bleaches his combover.
