...very briefly about making decisions that keep them in charge of who they turn out to be, and not turning that important power over to someone else. I've got it down to about 90 seconds, so I don't get tuned out (I hope).

A couple of years ago, one very personable 17 year old young man listened politely, and then said, I can do better than that. I'll tell you what my dad told me." "Go for it," I said.

His dad's advice - "Stay in school, and wrap your tool." Wise words, and memorable in their brevity and humor.
