as far as legislatures go, we are still stuck with whatever gerrymandering took place after the 2010 Census. I do hope that we'll have some pickups in 2018, as a number of states skew their elections for governor to not coincide with the presidential election years.

We're in for a tough time of political stagnation for quite some time, I'm afraid.
