It's coming from some malware you loaded inadvertently.

Go to settings/options/general and check your homepage settings. Change them, if necessary, to whatever homepage you want.
You may have a malware that will reset ti over again after you put it back. In that case, find someone computer savy who can take care of it hands on for you.

My mother has this happen constantly, but she clicks on every bit of click bait she sees.
Be cautious about what you click on and you won't get infected that way.
