Everyone and his brother is chasing this opportunity. Looking at Amazon's requirements, it doesn't look likely for anywhere depressed. Quality of life, availability of professional work force, infrastructure (highways, air, high speed communications), land, etc.

Looks like it will go somewhere already doing well, already with nonstop flights to Seattle.
