Seems to me it's time to open southbound Fla highways to northbound traffic. [View all]

Possibly locals can use local roads to go south???? Might be tough in some spots, but at least they could open them up overnight???

I know that's happened before. Seems like it's time to do that.

I would have left days ago, but some aren't that lucky.

I also think the state should improve highways: Make some more escape routes through rural areas.
