84. Ain't that the truth!

I am about to go for my bottle water shower again! That stuff is COLD! To get through it I remind myself how much worse off I could be. So many friends and co-workers have lost it all. My father-in-law was able to wade into his house again today for the first time since we rescued what we could with my canoe as the water from the Neches river was rising in the house fast. I was so glad he got his I-Pad today and it was ok. I had bagged it up in a freezer bag but set it on a floating couch to help him when a shelf fell over and forgot it. I knew I sealed it good but the house went all the way under for days. Thank you Ziplock!!!

To those in Florida, thousands who I represented in the BP oil spill there, I hope you are at least as fortunate as I am with Harvey! Be patient, be kind, help others and it will not be nearly as bad as it could be otherwise! Other people see you helping and it pushes them to do the same!
