The OP is right. The election (check the polls) was won then Comey, the fucking FBI director who should know better than anyone else, violated the Hatch Act and sent that letter gravely influencing the election's outcome, which the Hatch Act was passed to prevent.

I don't want to hear the conventional wisdom of the punditry and repug talking points that Clinton ran a horrible campaign and has no one to blame but herself and blah blah blah blah blah.

She had the election won, witness the popular vote-winning margin of 3 million.

Also has it occurred to you that the 70-some thousand vote margin in Wi, Mi, and Penn was just enough to swing the EC. That's no innocent coincidence. Those states and those vote totals were calculated, targeted, and made to happen. For instance, in Detroit, MI, a majority African-American city, thousands of ballots had no mark for the top of the ticket. Yeah, right . All those black people are going to decide to not vote for a Democrat (Clinton) for president by not checking off the most important race on the ballot.

Also in Detroit, one third of the precincts had more ballots than registered voters. And guess who those extra ballots voted for for president?
