pay your massive debts. If anything, you have to formulate a payment plan to address the debt AND its interest as well as curtail the amount of the debt. You get to a point where you just don't have the disposable income to "create prosperity". (I know, I know, the theory is that the prosperity will create the capital to pay the debt. It didn't work with Reagan and the Bushes. If anything, their tax cuts added to the amount of the debt.)
