The one about the ACA is the 4th tweet down. It doesn't specificly mention the ACA by name but Bernie's Medicare for all has covered no one since the bill hasn't had a vote yet. It would be quite a stretch to believe that the GOP has already proposed to throw millions of people off health insurance in Bernies Medicare for All bill.

3 tweets down from that tweet is this one. So no it's not all about his Medicare for All plan in his feed.
