32. I seriously doubt that is why your previous account was "flagged for review"

You must have broken other forum rules. I see many people who use her for a source still posting here. I also suspect it is against the rules to start another account if your prior one was flagged for review unless admin gave you permission to so it probably wasn't a good idea to post that publically.
