if he so dedicated to his medical career he wouldn't be in the senate and he especially wouldn't be trying to rip healthcare away from millions of people. He wouldn't be trying to address someone's preexisting condition which doesn't need to be addressed sense it's already coverage under the current healthcare law. What he means by addressed is either giving insurance the option of charging more or ending coverage to preexisting conditions all together.
