11. Tie that to what Rachel said last night that Deripaska was taking

Manfort to court over tens of millions of dollars that manafort was "investing" in the US for Deripaska. Questions are what did Manafort invest that money in, and was Trump connected to that money ? Bear in mind Manafort has an apartment in Trump Tower. Is that connected?

How far back does Manafort go back with Pence ? How did he come to pluck him out of the air for VP ? Was it Koch related, and in turn Conway/Bannon ?
