The GOP will turn on Trump the minute he becomes hopeless as a means of passing their legislation. He is practically there already. When he is connected to doing the bidding of Putin in exchange for favorable financing for Trump Organization and cyber attacks, they will cut him loose and circle wagons around Pence. And everyone from Fox News to Alex Jones to Franklin Graham will fall into line.
