War is near. The heritage, tradition and culture of our beloved South is threatened. Rest assured, my dear, our brave boys will not falter in our glorious defiance of the Godless North. The sanctity and honor of our forefathers will be upheld.
Do not fear for me... Though our enemy may outnumber us, we, the country folk, have been brought up in the fields and forests; we know how to shoot, and we will conquer these Northern city boys; bigly.
Farewell, my love. Pray to the One whose love and compassion conquers all. Pray for my safe return, that I may hold you in my arms once again.
