Trump, the President, has made it clear that there is no 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech. By pushing that agenda, he is making it clear that he has no intention of protecting and defending the US Constitution. Therefore, he in fact, lied when he took his oath of office. Just like he routinely signed business contracts with no intent to abide by them, he never had any intention to abide by the oath of office he took. He committed a fraud on the American people which is absolutely no surprise to people who never drank the kool-aid.
