The reporter is 3 minutes into the video about post hurricane Puerto Rico. She has gotten out of San Juan to interview people. She looks very upset about the lack of supplies. She is trying her best to look professional. My question is how can the reporter get around to interview people in areas where they aren't sending water and people are drinking non potable water? WTF???? If she can get out there why the hell can't military vehicles?? We all know why.
