Trump would not suspend the Jones Act for PR! His whole BS spiel regarding PR was that we couldn't "drive trucks" there like in TX and FL. That's leaves the water and the air so why deliberately hinder relief efforts by refusing to lift a finger, when you had no problem doing so for states that trucks could get to? It reeks of deliberate obstinance on the part of Trump.
