GOP Believes Disasters Are Local Problems. They Want To Send Everything Back To States. [View all]

The GOP libertarian side believes local government is best to handle ALL problems. They want private companies, churches and charities to handle problems they deem domestic problem. Puerto Rico is the ultimate in the "personal responsibility" mantra.
