Considering the Constitution only has 3 criteria, it boils down to whether living in PR satisfies the residency requirement I think. Or the years she lived in the States. I think she's a lock on the other 2 (age and natural-born) except among Birther nutjobs who think Pres Obama was secretly Kenyan!
