(3,146 posts)However, don't act shocked if it can be seen by the public and some Trump supporters take umbrage with it enough to give you their opinion in return. Free speech and the right to an opinion is a two-way street no matter how many of the posters here fervently wish it weren't.
That is what happened with Bravenak: she posted a profanity-laden tweet that was spotted by Susan Sarandon or a fan of hers and brought to her attention to which she responded to in a very restrained, albeit snarky, manner. All of a sudden Bravenak went from righteous shit stirrer to suffering victim.
She slapped first and the Twitterverse slapped back.
Sarandon was far nicer than I would have been to someone who posted about apologizing for not saying "fuck you" to me.
