I don't understand about that "dossier" [View all]

Yes, we had fun with it and DUers rose to the occasion to add their explanation. One of the few times that I was really laughing reading posts here.

But... what does it mean about Whiny Donny? Yes, he traveled to Russia; he had business dealings there, he secured loans (and we can wonder what collateral) but besides the "salacious" details, what were the investigation team expecting to fund?
