which has a lot of fixer upper or house buying or renting shows. I'm a huge fan. Have a friend who was the subject of
one of the International shows (Lyon, France).

Have never encountered a lounge/waiting room TV tuned to HGTV but it sure would be something I'd endorse.

Good for your podiatrist and good for you giving them positive reinforcement.
