17. Sounds like the House Hunters show on HGTV.

There are two versions, one for homes in the US, and another show with international homes. They both have the same format, see 3 houses and pick one. I like the international show better because it's very interesting to see a glimpse of cities around the world and look inside the houses. They are often quite different from American homes, especially in the bathrooms and kitchens, and how they maximise smaller living spaces and conserve energy. I've learned that in many countries, homes don't come with a built in kitchen or even closets, the new owner has to install them as they are considered furniture, not fixtures like in a bathroom.
