While I agree with you that criticizing Trump's obvious obesity seems minor compared to the serious and substantive issues we're facing, keep in mind that he has had plenty to say about other people's looks and weight.

If he feels free to make negative comments publicly about others, I don't see anything wrong with including his appearance in the great many issues for which Trump can be criticized.

Lastly, you're right about photoshopping pictures of him. Perhaps the time and energy spent creating these fake images could be directed towards electing Democratic candidates and enacting progressive policies.
