about whether I am familiar with certain sports or have not worked for "a boss."- or whether I need to be schooled in the term "second fiddle."

Thanks for your elaboration-I do think, however, that too much hierarchal thinking/behavioral expectations applied to democratic institutions can be problematic.

In terms of metaphors I was referring to getting lost in your mixing of metaphors.

I just sent Tom Perez my questions and will also write to Keith Ellison.
