But I'd like an energy agent to explain whether Big Energy has any interest, and how, in abusing PR to the point that it split off. If there is business conspiracy here, big pieces are still missing.

So far I still think it's pure callous, racist, venal, right-wing nastiness. As in, what's in it for them to send tax dollars earmarked for transfer to donor pockets to PR? Don't see anything since honor, duty, and decency are not on the list.

PR voted extremely heavily Democrat in 2016, and even if 70% are white it's imagined black and brown Hispanic by many.
