7. Interesting. I also cannot locate anything on the toxic dump.YET. There is the Jones Act however

The Jones Act debacle is suspicious in that profits are to be made on the backs of the already stressed country.
Trump is an ass & no doubt some backdoor deals are being made in the name of profit over people.

He also still holds that the enormous debt PR owes, must still be paid.
No debt forgiveness from trump.

I see him & a handful (putin) of profiteers simply taking advantage of a people who he has no use for, people who would stand in his way to exploit & extract more million$, should they all just go away under whatever circumstance.

There are a few reasons why Trump would like to bankrupt PR & "move on it like a ..."
If Exxon Tillerson is eyeing the oil reserves, then Putin is also.
Trump admin is ready to carve up PR and he's been handed an opportunity to weaken the govt in order to do just that.

I'll keep digging for info on the toxic dump you referred to.
There has to be some ref to it even if it was last century.

Agree that race & PR having not voted for Trump are unfortunate conditions that play freely into his penchant for "despise & revenge", that feeds his sociopathic ego's need for power.

He belongs among the top 5 tyrants of history.
Callous, greedy, & inhumane.
