Which is a different court than the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Plus, it has been widely reported that critical evidence used to obtain the indictment was gathered when Manafort's house was raided over the summer -- AFTER the eastern district indictment allegedly had been obtained.

LM's knowledge of the legal process is a joke. Really. Truly. I'm trying to recall if she has ever gotten anything right on even a procedural level -- stuff that anyone could look up. Can't think of a single time.

She writes fan fiction.
