13. Breaking: locals identify Texas Church Shooter as Devin Kelley

Locals have identified Devin Kelley as the church shooter, though the media has not yet confirmed. Facebook has removed his profile. Reports state he was tracked down and shot by authorities after he shot everyone in the church in Sutherland Springs. Currently the death toll is at 27.

His profile banner is a picture of a gun he recently posted about affectionately.
