It certainly appears that they wrote that email leading to the June meeting with Kushner & Co.

Trump has been "working" with the Russians for decades and is probably up to his fat ass in Russian debt, since no reputable has been willing to finance his bullshit since the early 90's. I'd say that Russian has been cultivating Trump as an asset since at least the 80's if not before.

I figure that yes, Trump and his cronies "colluded" with the Russians. I suspect they had no choice in the matter, that's kind of how criminal enterprises work.
