I know a lot of retired Democratic voters who live in trailer parks. It's the only way they can afford to live in a blue district, so they do what they have to. Two sets of of them sold their homes due to not being able to afford the rising property taxes on them after they retired. Others wanted less maintenance. I've known other Democratic voters and activists who were rural who also lived on acreage in rural areas and lived in manufactured homes. It's offensive to them to always be lumped in with RWers by people who want to look down their noses at less wealthy people.

Actually, lots more people are having to downsize in order to afford to retire. Which often means living like someone other, more elite, people sometimes want to sneer at to make themselves feel bigger.

But, hey, it's ok to stereotype and hurt peoples feelings if it's not your demographic being hurt, right?
