Because I think Susan Sarandon (and Cornel West, for that matter), are genuine believers and genuinely well-meaning. "Fraud" implies intent. Susan Sarandon and some of those like her (but not not all) are just pathologically privileged and fantastically misguided.

They should know better. So fuck them. But I don't think they're self-promoting frauds.
