6. My son is there now with Americorps.

They are staying on a cruise ship. They do most of their work at a convention center, which he says has power. He also said traffic is crazy because the traffic lights are out.

He will miss the holidays with family (which is hard because he had been in Tanzania with the Peace Corp for two years!), but we are all very proud of what he and the other folks in Americorps are doing!
