(58,785 posts)you've leaped to one in this case. None of us were sitting in on the intense discussions and strategy sessions, with presentations of facts and studies, that our party leaders did. I don't know a fraction of what I need to to make a decision on this, so you certainly cannot. And blowing hot air is not the same as thinking.
Fwiw, I see nothing wrong with displaying unhappiness or happiness as the case may be, at losing Franken. They should know that, including the female senators who started this.
Attacking our party instead of the Republicans who targeted Franken for attack, though, is in a distant galaxy of baaaad decisionmaking. Except for those who want to strengthen the GOP, of course.
