That is fifty percent of the guaranteed base who show up for them in statewide elections. Democrats didnt show up in greater numbers that their historical trend.
650,000 base Republican voters not showing up is huge. That said, every one of them will show up in 20 when Sessions takes his seat back. Sessions will get his 1.2 to 1.4 million votes.
