Poor Mueller. I expect everyone will be disappointed with him.

Even if Mueller's investigation brings down Trump -- which I think is quite unlikely, because the Russians were too smart to rely on him -- that won't change the political landscape as much as many here think. The Teapartiers who turned into Trumpistas were there before Trump became their man. Far from slinking away if their man is found criminal, they will be even more enraged.

We face a political problem. It requires a political solution. Not just a judicial one.
