1. "Christy" should be "Christie".

But note that Christie was booted just after the election (about 3 days later) so although I may be wrong, that transition email system (PTT), and its accounts probably wasn't up and running until after Christie was gone. Christie may have been responsible for pre-transition stuff but not the official transition, which was all Pence.

Plus it is possible that the system wasn't even "officially" in place until after the electoral college vote, which happened on December 19th, so that would definitely leave Christie out of it.

Obama announced the Russian sanctions on December 29th, so it would be interesting what might have transpired on that system leading up to that, between December 20th and the January 20th inauguration, given the sanctions and recently revealed assertions from other sources about advisors telling Putin "not to retaliate" (hinting it would be taken care of).
