Question: How long will it take for tax bill if passed to become effective? [View all]

I know some say it takes effect January 1, 2018...

But does that mean businesses and people will start using the law in 2018?

And if it really is April of 2019 that the real effects start, then the New Democratic Congress can reverse the damage.
