The Federal gov. (Joint Terrorism Task Force) pays all local expenses including officer overtimes, police car expenses, everything.

After that shooting there must have been 100 officers showed up (after) standing around in their laughing chat groups.

Nothing like FREE GOV money to pay every cop on duty bonus overtime
