or particles, which may be harmful.
you are treating specific scientific measurements, which is a sample, as the only possible value or concentration or amount of radiation, or the radiation level's cause, when they are in fact, snapshots, samples in the universe of data that's out there, some which may be higher or not represented by the lower number.
