under her skirt/dress. I said the students should be prosecuted after a teacher said they should not be in my other post on this incident.

Do you think it is appropriate for a teacher to dress in that fashion? I do not. Like I said a warning like any other dress code violation. Nothing in the record. I said it was sloppy reporting and may not even be accurate in the post. I never blamed the victim. I don't know anything about this other television station other than the report. If the report is inaccurate (which it may very well be), it should be corrected with an on air apology at the very least.

For a progressive board we do get alot of reactionary responses.

Anything that takes away from a teaching environment in the classroom must stop. I can't imagine for young boys and men the presence of a womanin a skirt/dress without underwear as being anything less than uncomfortable. I sure would feel uncomfortable if a coworker dressed in this fashion (including the equivalent for men even though it might not be as obvious).
