The cadence in which he speaks and the way he looks when he speaks strikes me as very off kilter. It's a sort of calm, stoic, and blunted way of speaking without any emotion, the type you see in someone who is bordering on a psychotic break. It actually freaks me out and gives me the heebee jeebies. If you watched his Ferguson speech it looked like he was on a different planet, there was nothing behind the eyes:
