In reply to the discussion: Bernie Sanders' Campaign Reaches Voter Data Deal With Democratic National Committee [View all]WIProgressive88
(314 posts)63. I find it interesting that Hillary supporters are absolutely convinced that their candidate will be
the nominee, and yet they continue to make these sorts of posts that will do nothing but alienate a sizable chunk of voters who Hillary will need should she make it to the general election.
I am a Bernie supporter, but I am also a realist. I've recognized from the beginning that, more than likely, Hillary will be the nominee, and that while I would do what I could to ensure a victory for Sanders, I would proudly vote for her if and when that should be the case. At this point, I will still vote for her should she be the nominee, but this incident and the conduct of many Clinton supporters certainly make the idea of throwing my support behind Clinton in the general much less appetizing, and I have no doubt others are feeling the same.
