56. I guess one *might* make an exception if the person had done something notable in life....

I mean, Ty Cobb had a nasty, ugly personality, but he was one hell of a ballplayer so they shouldn't take down his Cooperstown plaque for that reason alone. Nor should OJ Simpson's bust in Canton be removed on account of his well-publicized post-football career legal issues.

But those were people who excelled to great lengths in their career, notwithstanding their personalities.

What great things has Rush Limbaugh done? All the man does is sit behind a microphone and blabber for three hours. Give me a show and I can do the same. He got lucky through the syndication process and is heard nationally, but that's about it.

Any fool can talk for three hours. Not every fool can have 4,000 career hits or rush for 2,000 yards in a season, even if the people who do accomplish those feats are fools themselves.
