Detroit (49.5), New Orleans (39.6), Baltimore (33.9), and many others. Chicago isn't even in the top 30. Milwaukee is higher. Kansas City is higher. Atlanta is higher. Houston is almost the same.

Notice how many or most of those states are in permissive gun law places?
